Dubbo Field Nats are currently working on a number of projects, reviewed every 6 months.

For 2011, these are:

Plants and Animals of Dubbo Book. This project includes the production of an A5 ring-bound booklet about Plants and Animals of the Dubbo Region. We aim to have the book completed in early 2012 to be suitable for grants for printing.
Revision of the Dubbo Bird Routes Brochure - a revision of the brochure is planned.
Glossy Black-cockatoo Surveys - DFNCS members are involved in an ongoing survey of Glossy Black-cockatoo numbers in Goonoo Forest. This has been occurring since 1994 and will continue to be supported by the club.
